SECTION II - WELL BIDDING

Well bidding will take place on the last Sunday in January for the purpose of assigning wells. The method used to assign open wells will be that of an auction, where well points and membership seniority will be used to award well assignments to the well applicants. To inform every one of the wells, which are open for bidding, a diagram of the bay will be placed in the room showing which wells are open. As wells are assigned, the assignee's name will be placed in the appropriate location on the diagram.

If a member chooses he/she may assign their right to bid for a well by completing an "ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHT TO BID FORM", and attaching it to the well application. With this completed form the regular member agrees to accept and pay for any well assigned.

All current well holders making application for the well they were last assigned the previous year will be assigned the same well. Any change in these assignments will be done through standard open well bidding process.
